Clear rules for a tool that can act in public.

1. Agreement and operator

JoyReply is operated by Futuristic SRL. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you use JoyReply for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.

2. Current service status

JoyReply supports public account creation where the signup screen is available. Eligible accounts may receive a 14-day trial after email verification. Private capabilities remain limited to authorised workspaces and roles. Paid checkout is available only when the product explicitly shows it as available.

A displayed plan or quote does not authorise a charge. A recurring subscription is ordered only after the workspace owner reviews the exact monthly amount, makes every required confirmation, and completes secure payment.

3. Your account and connected services

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and connect only Pages, profiles, channels, websites, media, and booking links that you are allowed to use. You are responsible for the people who use your workspace and the instructions or permissions you give them.

Removing a platform permission or disconnecting a Page can stop related functions. Platform rules, review status, rate limits, and outages can also limit what JoyReply can read or do.

4. Modes, approvals, and public actions

JoyReply separates reading, analysis, drafting, approval, and execution. The active workspace mode and capability gates decide what can happen. A visible button does not override a blocked permission, Page scope, stop state, or platform restriction.

Review drafts, prices, claims, links, dates, legal or medical statements, and the selected Page before a public action. Do not assume a scheduled, sent, or published state unless JoyReply shows confirmation returned by the relevant service.

5. Setter

Setter works for the active Page and active programme profile. You are responsible for keeping the programme facts, qualification rules, privacy link, and booking link accurate. JoyReply may ask questions, answer from approved information, and share the saved link; it must not invent a discount, result, available time, or confirmed meeting.

A clear stop or no-contact request ends automation for that person. Do not use JoyReply for cold outreach without a lawful basis or to pressure someone who has declined. When the system cannot continue safely, it may close the conversation without a human handoff.

6. Studio, files, and generated content

You keep ownership of files and instructions you provide, subject to the rights of their original owners. You give JoyReply the limited permission needed to store, analyse, transform, render, and return them as part of the requested project.

Upload only supported images and videos you have the right to use. Do not upload malware, executable files, unlawful content, intimate content without consent, or material that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or platform rules. Generated results remain private until you approve or export them.

7. AI output and transparency

AI can misunderstand context, create inaccurate material, or produce content that resembles existing work. You must review the final result and decide whether it is suitable for the intended audience and destination.

JoyReply may add or preserve provenance metadata and may require an AI notice where law or platform rules demand it. Do not remove a mandatory disclosure or use the service to impersonate a real person, fabricate evidence, or mislead the public.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use JoyReply to break the law, platform rules, or another person's rights.

• No harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, deceptive claims, spam, scraping without authority, or attempts to bypass stop and no-contact controls.
• No unauthorised access, security testing against production, credential sharing, malware, excessive automated load, or attempts to extract secrets or system instructions.
• No high-stakes medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, or eligibility decisions based only on JoyReply output.
• No false testimonials, fabricated scarcity, guaranteed earnings, or a booking claim that has not been confirmed by the booking provider.

9. Third-party services

Meta, booking pages, stock-media libraries, voice services, storage, and other connected providers have their own terms and privacy rules. JoyReply does not control their availability, moderation decisions, account restrictions, or changes. You remain responsible for complying with the destination platform.

10. Credits, prices, subscriptions, and cancellation

Creative credits are a usage counter, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Every confirmed generation or edit uses credits again. A confirmed stock import of up to three clips uses one media credit; later editing, voiceover, or rendering is quoted separately. A failed technical operation is refunded according to the credit ledger, but a completed result is not a free retry.

Before secure payment opens, JoyReply shows the exact monthly price, included allowances, renewal period, and required confirmations. The subscription renews each month until cancelled. To cancel in Settings before the next renewal, open the Subscription section and confirm the cancellation. Paid access remains available for the period already paid, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If Settings is unavailable, email contact@joyreply.com from the account email.

Card details are entered only on Revolut's secure page. Futuristic SRL issues the invoice after JoyReply verifies a completed payment.

11. Consumer withdrawal

If you buy as an individual consumer, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear withdrawal statement from your account email to contact@joyreply.com before the period ends. We will acknowledge it and apply the mandatory reimbursement rules.

If you expressly ask JoyReply to start the service during those 14 days, service may begin after payment is confirmed. If you then withdraw, you may owe the proportionate value of the service supplied before your request reached us. We do not treat a preselected box or acceptance of the general terms alone as that request.

Consumer withdrawal rules do not normally apply to a purchase made for a company or sole-trader activity. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep JoyReply reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider limits, GPU capacity, connectivity, security events, and platform changes can delay or block a feature. We may change or remove an experimental function and will avoid presenting it as ready when it is not.

13. Suspension, closure, and deletion

You can stop using JoyReply, disconnect services, or request deletion. We may pause or close access when needed to protect the service, comply with law or platform rules, investigate abuse, or address a serious breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will explain the action and preserve an appropriate route for data requests.

14. Ownership

JoyReply, its interface, software, documentation, and branding belong to Futuristic SRL or its licensors. Your source content remains yours or your licensors'. Rights in generated output can depend on the source material, provider terms, and applicable law; JoyReply does not guarantee exclusive rights in an AI-generated result.

15. Responsibility and limits

JoyReply is a working tool, not a guarantee of sales, reach, acceptance, platform approval, legal compliance, or error-free content. To the extent the law allows, Futuristic SRL is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, platform decisions, or content published without the required review.

Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Law, consumers, and contact

Romanian law governs these terms unless mandatory consumer law provides stronger rights or another applicable forum. The checkout contract information and withdrawal rules form part of these terms when paid distance sales are available.
