Accounts and Pages
Users are responsible for connecting only Pages they are allowed to manage and for keeping their account access secure.
Trial, plans, and payment
JoyReply may offer a free trial, paid monthly plans, and optional setup services. Plans can include synced comment limits plus help with reply suggestions, repeat-question scans, and post ideas. When paid access opens, card payments are handled through Revolut Business and invoice metadata may be prepared through Oblio. Paid access, limits, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown at signup, in the app, on invoices, or in agreed order details. Fees are normally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed.
AI help and review
AI help can be useful, but it can be wrong. Users should review drafts, safety signals, and platform context before using a reply or taking any action in the native platform. JoyReply does not guarantee sales, reach, ranking, or platform approval outcomes.
Protect
Protect is designed to identify and separate likely abuse, spam, harassment, threats, slurs, and personal attacks into a review lane. In the current product scope, JoyReply does not hide or remove public content through the API.
Availability
We work to keep JoyReply reliable, but integrations can be affected by Meta platform changes, Meta review status, rate limits, outages, or user permissions.
Termination and deletion
Users can stop using JoyReply, disconnect Meta permissions, or request account/data deletion. Some limited records may remain where needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute handling.
Customer content
Page content, comments, notes, reply suggestions, and examples remain the user's or their licensors' content. Users grant JoyReply the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service.
Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
