JoyReply provides tools for syncing authorized Facebook Page comments, drafting replies, detecting buying intent, identifying audience signals, and helping protect creators from clear abuse.
These terms explain what JoyReply does, what users control, and what to expect from the service. Last updated April 15, 2026.
JoyReply provides tools for syncing authorized Facebook Page comments, drafting replies, detecting buying intent, identifying audience signals, and helping protect creators from clear abuse.
Users are responsible for connecting only Pages they are allowed to manage and for keeping their account access secure.
JoyReply may offer a free trial, paid monthly plans, and optional setup services. Plans can include synced comment limits and AI quota measured in internal units based on the amount of AI work performed. Short drafts usually use fewer units than larger scans or post-generation tasks. Paid access, limits, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown at signup, in the app, on invoices, or in agreed order details. Fees are normally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed.
AI suggestions can be wrong. Users should review replies and settings before sending or enabling automation. JoyReply does not guarantee sales, reach, ranking, or platform approval outcomes.
Protection is designed to hide clear abuse, spam, harassment, threats, slurs, and personal attacks when enabled. It should not be used to suppress fair criticism, product issues, refund complaints, or unhappy customers.
We work to keep JoyReply reliable, but integrations can be affected by Meta platform changes, review status, rate limits, outages, or user permissions.
Users can stop using JoyReply, disconnect Meta permissions, or request account/data deletion. Some limited records may remain where needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute handling.
Page content, comments, brand notes, drafts, and examples remain the user's or their licensors' content. Users grant JoyReply the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service.
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
