Data Deletion

Delete your JoyReply data.

Use this page to request deletion of account data, connected Facebook Page data, comment records, drafts, brand memory, saved Page access credentials, and related audit data. This page is also available at /data-deletion/ for platform review.

Request in the app or by email

Logged-in users can request account and data deletion from JoyReply Settings. You can also email privacy@joyreply.com from your JoyReply account email with the subject "Delete my JoyReply data". Include the Page or workspace name if you have more than one.

Disconnect first

You can also disconnect JoyReply from Facebook from your Facebook settings or JoyReply Channels page. This stops future syncs but does not replace a deletion request for already stored workspace data.

What we delete

We remove or anonymize personal account data, sessions, authorized Page identifiers, comment records, reply drafts, knowledge notes and PDFs, brand summaries, audience signals, saved Page access credentials, and operational records unless retention is required by law, accounting, or security.

Confirmation

We will confirm receipt and complete eligible deletion as soon as reasonably possible. For security, we may ask you to verify that you control the account or Page.
