Data we process
We may process account details, account settings, connected Facebook Page identifiers, encrypted Page access credentials, recent Page posts, comments, Page replies, AI reply suggestions, uploaded notes or PDFs, reply examples, audience ideas, protection logs, audit logs, support messages, and diagnostics needed to run the service.
Why we collect it
We use this data to connect authorized Pages, sync comments, show a review-first queue, detect buying intent, identify clear abuse, prepare replies in the right language and tone, save helpful reply context, suggest post ideas, provide support, secure accounts, and comply with legal or platform obligations.
Facebook Page data
JoyReply accesses only Pages the user authorizes. We use Page data to sync comments, detect likely abuse and buying intent, prepare replies for review, separate likely abuse for manual review, and save private reply context for that account.
AI processing
AI is used to sort comments, detect language, prepare reply suggestions for review, summarize repeated questions, and suggest post ideas. User content is used to serve that user account and is not sold.
AI help
Trials and paid plans can include reply suggestions, repeat-question scans, and post ideas. Manual review, copy/open-native actions, and local done/ignore states remain under user control. Customer content is used to serve that account, not to train a shared JoyReply system.
Page access security
Page access credentials are stored encrypted to maintain authorized read-side Page connections and protected with access controls. Users can disconnect a Page or request deletion at any time.
Billing data
When paid plans are enabled, JoyReply may store plan, invoice, tax, payment status, and subscription metadata. Card details are handled by Revolut Business or another disclosed payment processor, not stored directly by JoyReply. Invoice metadata may be prepared through Oblio when invoicing is enabled.
Cookies and preferences
JoyReply uses essential authentication cookies and browser storage for preferences such as the selected Page, theme, and language. We do not currently need advertising cookies for the core product.
Service providers
We use trusted services where needed to run JoyReply, including infrastructure, database, AI processing, support tools, Revolut Business payments, and Oblio invoicing when those flows are enabled. They process data only as needed to provide JoyReply.
Retention
We keep account, Page, comment, reply suggestion, billing, and audit data while the account is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, dispute handling, or support.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, export, objection, or deletion by emailing privacy@joyreply.com from the account email where possible.
Public authority requests
If we receive a legally binding request from a public authority, we review its legal basis, limit any disclosure to the minimum necessary, document what happened, and may challenge requests that appear unlawful or overbroad where the law allows.
