Data we process

We may process account details, workspace settings, connected Facebook Page identifiers, encrypted Page access credentials, recent Page posts, comments, Page replies, AI drafts, uploaded knowledge or PDFs, reply examples, audience signals, protection logs, audit logs, support messages, and diagnostics needed to run the service.

Why we collect it

We use this data to connect authorized Pages, sync comments, show an inbox, detect buying intent, identify clear abuse, prepare replies in the right language and tone, build private brand memory, suggest post ideas, provide support, secure accounts, and comply with legal or platform obligations.

Facebook Page data

JoyReply accesses only Pages the user authorizes. We use Page data to sync comments, detect abuse and buying intent, prepare replies, hide clear abuse when enabled, and build private brand memory for that workspace.

AI processing

AI is used to classify comments, detect language, draft replies, summarize audience signals, and suggest post ideas. User content is used to serve that user account and is not sold.

AI quota and usage metering

Trials and paid plans can include AI quota. JoyReply measures AI usage in internal quota units based on how much AI work is performed. Manual review, hide, ignore, like, and open-post actions do not use AI quota. Short drafts usually use fewer units than larger scans or post-generation tasks.

Page access security

Page access credentials are stored encrypted for authorized Page actions and protected with access controls. Users can disconnect a Page or request deletion at any time.

Billing data

When paid plans are enabled, JoyReply may store plan, invoice, tax, payment status, and subscription metadata. Card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored directly by JoyReply.

Cookies and preferences

JoyReply uses essential authentication cookies and browser storage for preferences such as selected brand, theme, and language. We do not currently need advertising cookies for the core product.

Service providers

We use service providers where needed to run JoyReply, including infrastructure providers that host the app and database, plus trusted AI and support tools that help classify comments, detect abuse, prepare drafts, and deliver the service. They process data only as needed to provide JoyReply.

Retention

We keep account, workspace, Page, comment, draft, billing, and audit data while the account or workspace is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, dispute handling, or support.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, export, objection, or deletion by emailing privacy@joyreply.com from the account email where possible.

Public authority requests

If we receive a legally binding request from a public authority, we review its legal basis, limit any disclosure to the minimum necessary, document what happened, and may challenge requests that appear unlawful or overbroad where the law allows.
