1. What we use now
We do not currently place advertising, behavioural marketing, or optional audience-measurement cookies on joyreply.com or app.joyreply.com. Because the storage listed below is necessary for the requested service or records a choice you make, the current site does not show a pretend accept-all banner.
2. Cookie and browser-storage list
Names with a suffix such as :workspace-id are scoped to the workspace you selected.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| jr_session | Secure HTTP-only cookie | Keeps an authenticated JoyReply session and protects access | 30 days |
| joyreply_locale | Cookie | Remembers English or Romanian for the current browser | 12 months |
| joyreply_locale | Local storage | Applies the chosen language before the interface loads | Until changed or browser storage is cleared |
| joyreply_theme | Local storage | Remembers light or dark mode | Until changed or browser storage is cleared |
| joyreply_brand_id | Local storage | Remembers the selected workspace | Until changed, signed out, or storage is cleared |
| joyreply_page_channel_id:workspace-id | Local storage | Keeps each workspace on its selected connected Page | Until changed, disconnected, or storage is cleared |
| joyreply_shell_cache_v1 | Local storage | Briefly caches account and workspace shell data to avoid a blank reload | Treated as stale after about 60 seconds; replaced or cleared by the app |
| joyreply_guide_session_id and daily conversation ID | Local storage | Keeps continuity when the optional JoyReply guide is enabled | Until browser storage is cleared; daily conversation IDs rotate by date |
| joyreply_site_locale | Local storage on the public static site | Keeps the chosen public-site language | Until changed or browser storage is cleared |
3. Your controls
You can remove cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Removing jr_session signs you out. Clearing preferences resets language, theme, workspace, Page selection, and guide continuity, but does not delete account data held on JoyReply servers.
To delete server-side data, use the separate deletion request.
4. External services
If you follow a link to Meta, a booking page, a payment provider, or another third-party site, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy. Those cookies are not controlled by this JoyReply policy.
5. If optional tracking is added later
Before adding optional analytics, advertising, or similar device storage that requires consent, we will update this list and provide a real choice before that storage is used. Rejecting optional storage will not block essential account functions.
